Project Details
Every life is important: in rural areas often there is lack of access to affordable ambulance services and medical vehicles prohibits citizens to avail good healthcare facilities in a timely manner often impacting their treatment and sometimes the cost they have to pay is of their life. In its endeavour to value every life, the bank has designed a project to provide ambulances and medical equipment for improving the existing healthcare infrastructure for rural and peri urban areas.
To enable citizens to have improved and greater access to healthcare, saving lives the bank has supported hospitals with vehicles and equipment support. This in turn has enabled hospitals in expanding their ambulance services especially to remote and underserved areas also bring down costs significantly making access to healthcare affordable. Supporting ambulance services especially for rural areas is an investment in saving lives and improving health outcomes. ensuring that all citizens, regardless of their location, have access to essential healthcare when they need it most.
