It will also contribute to tackling India's rising burden of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) by strengthening the healthcare workforce required to support increasing treatment demands. Through a sustainable and scalable training model, the initiative will promote long-term healthcare workforce development while improving community health outcomes through consistent and accessible dialysis services.
