By continuing to support scholarships for both boys and girls, we invest in a future where the student has the opportunity to learn, grow, and lead. The bank supports meritorious students from low-income households in fulfilling their dream of continuing their academic pursuit for higher education and improved livelihoods by providing scholarship support. Currently the bank has supports graduate courses of 3 years. Scholarships enable students from low-income families to access quality education, which often leads to better job opportunities. This breaks generational poverty and creates a ripple effect—uplifting entire families and communities. With access to higher education or vocational training, scholarship recipients gain skills that are in demand in the job market. This increases their chances of securing stable, well-paying jobs and even entrepreneurial opportunities. Educated individuals often return to their communities as teachers, health workers, or social entrepreneurs. Their success stories inspire others and contribute to local development.
