1. Project Stimulating Tribal and Rural Transformation (START):
Livelihood training for marginalized and tribal farmers with new and resilient practices to transform rural economies.

10. Inservice Teachers Education Programme:
With the objective of providing good quality education to children at municipal schools we have trained 68 educators, to uplift and enhance their teaching skills in order to improve delivery of curriculum and bring about improvement in the quality of education for 497 children enrolled in municipal schools.
11. I-SAKSHAM Fellowship Programme:
50 young women were trained and certified and empower to pursue their careers in teaching at Jamui, Bihar.
