Reporting Cybercrime in India
If you have encountered cyber fraud or suspect any suspicious activity, report it immediately through the official channels below.
If you're an RBL Bank customer:
- Report the incident at https://www.rbl.bank.in/report-a-fraud
- Contact RBL Bank Customer Service at: +91 22 6232 7777
You can also report cyber frauds to national authorities:
- Visit cybercrime.gov.in
- Call the Cyber Crime Helpline: 1930
Scammers often mask international calls with Indian numbers or hide their identities. If you receive such a call:
- Report it via the DoT Sanchar Saathi portal: https://sancharsaathi.gov.in
- Alternatively, call the toll-free helpline 1800 11 0420 or 1963.
