**With effect from January 01, 2025, complimentary airport lounge access is available to eligible RBL Bank Debit Cardholders who meet the minimum quarterly spend requirement of INR 5,000 or more on eligible transactions (POS/e-commerce) in the previous calendar quarter. For newly issued cards, unrestricted access applies for the first two quarters (quarter in which the customer is onboarded and the following quarter).

To Enable/Disable Transaction Preference

Login to RBL MyBank > Tap on ‘Manage Debit Card’ > Tap on ‘Security Settings’.
Login to Internet Banking > Click on Requests > Choose ‘Debit Card’ > Choose ‘Debit Card Security Settings’.
Visit Nearest RBL Bank Branch.
Call Customer care +91 22 6232 7777.

Note: Your Debit Card is active only for Domestic ATM and POS transactions. Please activate online, international and contactless* transactions through RBL Bank MyBank/ NetBanking or call Customer Care.

Generate your Debit Card PIN by choosing any option

Login to RBL MyBank App > ‘Manage Your Cards’ > ‘Change PIN’
Login to Internet Banking > Click on ‘Request’> Choose ‘Debit Card’> Choose ‘Debit Card PIN set/ reset’
Type SMS: PIN <last 4 digits of your Debit Card No.> <your Customer ID> <4-digit PIN of your choice> Send to 9223366333
Visit RBL Bank ATM > Insert Debit Card > Select Language > Select Green PIN

Activate your Card
