Q: Which aspects of the Bank’s culture have been most empowering in your professional journey?
A: The opportunity to present my work directly to senior management and receive full visibility, credit, and appreciation for the outcomes. It is extremely motivating to see that the work I lead is not just acknowledged but used to drive strategic decision making for the Bank. This sense of impact and trust has significantly shaped my professional growth.
Q: From your first day to today - what's the one value at RBL Bank that has remained constant and continues to inspire you?
A: The one value that has consistently stood out and continues to inspire me is ownership. The culture here genuinely empowers individuals to take complete accountability for their work, drive initiatives end to end, and create real impact.
Q: What's your proudest achievement at the Bank, and how did the organization enable it?
A: My proudest achievement has been leading a highly complex data and platform migration that required extensive cross department collaboration. It demanded deep solutioning, smart decision making, and constant coordination across multiple teams. I’m especially proud that we were able to deliver it within the desired timelines despite the scale and complexity. The organization enabled this by trusting me with end to end ownership, giving me the autonomy to drive decisions, and ensured that I had the support and collaboration needed from all stakeholders.
Q: How has the Bank supported your growth both as a professional and as an individual?
A: The Bank has supported my growth both professionally and personally by consistently trusting me with meaningful responsibilities and giving me the space to deliver. Over time, that trust has helped me evolve into a far more confident individual. I’ve learned to take ownership, navigate complex problems, and back myself fully — and a large part of that confidence comes from the environment the bank has created for me to learn, contribute, and excel.
Q: Looking back at your journey, what would you tell other women about building a career at RBL Bank?
A: I would tell other women that RBL Bank is a place where your talent, hard work, and ownership truly get recognized. The Bank provides real opportunities to lead, to present your work, and to make meaningful contributions that influence strategic decisions. What has mattered most in my experience is that the Bank places trust in you—even before you place it in yourself. That trust helped me grow, gain confidence, and take on challenges I never imagined.
