Q: From your first day to today - what's the one value at RBL Bank that has remained constant and continues to inspire you?
A: My boss’s tremendous support and respect for my work, along with the freedom I’m given.
Q: What's your proudest achievement at the Bank, and how did the organization enable it?
A: I’m honored to have received two awards for my contributions as the Project Coordinator for the FINACLE OAT Upgrade and Automation of Swift Messages initiatives. These projects were not just milestones in my career—they were opportunities to learn, lead, and grow.I owe a deep sense of gratitude to my mentors and leaders for placing their trust in me, giving me the freedom to take decisions, and always treating me with respect.
Q: How has the Bank supported your growth both as a professional and as an individual?
A: I am deeply grateful to my mentors for being the unwavering pillars in my life.Their belief in me has been instrumental in shaping both my professional growth and personal development.It’s often said that behind every successful man, there’s a woman. But in my case, I proudly say that behind my success stand these incredible mentors, who have guided me like a rock—steady, strong, and supportive.
