Q: Which aspects of the Bank’s culture have been most empowering in your professional journey?
A: What has empowered me the most is the Bank’s strong culture of trust and ownership. From the very beginning, I was encouraged to lead critical responsibilities independently—whether it was regulatory reporting, audit management, or driving automation initiatives. The collaborative mindset across teams, openness to new ideas, and the freedom to propose and implement solutions have played a key role in shaping my growth. This culture has helped me evolve into a more confident, accountable, and solution oriented leader.
Q: From your first day to today - what's the one value at RBL Bank that has remained constant and continues to inspire you?
A: Integrity is the value that has consistently stood out for me. It deeply influences how we make decisions, uphold compliance, and serve our customers and stakeholders.
Q: What's your proudest achievement at the Bank, and how did the organization enable it?
A: One of my proudest achievements has been leading key regulatory and audit transformation initiatives—strengthening processes, building governance frameworks, and accelerating automation. The Bank enabled this by giving me the autonomy to lead and the platform to engage with senior leadership. This trust empowered me to convert complex challenges into structured, long term solutions.

A: My growth at RBL Bank has been shaped by exposure to challenging, high impact work. On a personal level, the Bank’s inclusive and encouraging environment helped me build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of purpose.
