Chief Credit Officer - Retail

Parag Kale is the Chief Credit Officer of the Retail segment. He has a rich experience of over 29 years in the Banking and NBFC sector. In the 15+ years that he has spent at RBL Bank, he has worked on various products and businesses viz: Loan against Property, Home Loans, Business Loans, Retail Agri KCC (Kisan Credit Card), Tractor Finance, Working Capital Finance and Branch Banking.

Prior to RBL Bank, he worked on various retail products (secured & un-secured), at ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered, Barclays, and others.

Parag has completed his B. Sc (Physics) and PGDM from IMDR, Pune. He has also completed an executive program from NUS Business school, Singapore.
