Navin Sharma is a seasoned Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) professional with nearly 26 years of experience across leading organisations. He brings deep expertise in internal audit, risk management, and compliance, with strong exposure to advanced risk‑based audit frameworks, operational risk management, and business continuity management.

Prior to joining RBL Bank, Navin worked with Bandhan Bank, ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential Insurance, Fullerton India Credit, and Citigroup Global Services.

Navin is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Xavier’s College.
