Bhavin Lakhpatwala is the Chief Financial Officer of RBL Bank. He is a seasoned finance leader with over 25 years of experience across financial control, business finance, investor relations, and strategic initiatives.

Prior to this, Bhavin was part of the CFO leadership team at HDFC Bank, where he played a pivotal role in shaping strategy and leading significant initiatives, including the landmark merger of HDFC Bank and HDFC Limited. He spent over two decades with HDFC, serving as a key member of the senior management team in the CFO’s office.

His expertise spans Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance, and business intelligence. He has consistently contributed to building and strengthening finance functions.

Bhavin is a Chartered Accountant. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce & Accounting from K J Somaiya, Mumbai.
