Jaideep Iyer

Executive Director

Jaideep Iyer, Executive Director of the Bank, is a seasoned banker with a career spanning over 25 years in the financial sector. He has worked across Finance, Strategy, Investor Relations, Corporate Banking and Financial Markets, and has held leadership roles across these domains during his career.

He joined RBL Bank in 2018 and has since played a key role in shaping the Bank’s financial strategy and strategic direction. In his previous capacity as Head – Strategy, he was responsible for Strategy, Investor Relations and also led the Credit Cards business. Over the years, he has contributed significantly to strengthening the Bank’s balance sheet strategy, business planning and stakeholder engagement.

In his current role at RBL Bank as Executive Director, he oversees some of the key business segments including Retail & Wholesale credit, Credit Cards, and Treasury. He is also in charge of the Audit, Investor Relations, Secretarial, Legal, & Vigilance functions of the Bank.

Prior to joining RBL Bank, he served as Group President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Yes Bank for nine years, where he led Finance & Accounting, Taxation, MIS, Investor Relations and Financial Strategy. Earlier in his career, he worked across Corporate Banking and Financial Markets, building a strong foundation across the banking sector.

Jaideep Iyer holds a Master’s in Business Administration from IIM Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
