Q: From your first day to today, what is the one value of RBL Bank that has remained constant & continues to inspire you?
A: From my first day to today, the one value of RBL Bank that has remained constant and continues to inspire me is - Respect.
Whether it’s with colleagues, clients, or partners, the culture of mutual respect has been deeply embedded in the way we work. It fosters collaboration, openness and a sense of belonging- making it easier to contribute, grow, and lead with confidence. This value has shaped not just how we work, but who we become as professionals.
Q: What is your proudest achievement at the Bank? How did the organization enable it?
A: Every moment at RBL Bank has been a learning experience, but if I had to highlight one achievement I am most proud of – it would be being part of the team that helped set up the WCS division for corporate customer service.
The WCS division was created to streamline and strengthen our engagement with corporate clients, enabling smoother coordination through cross-functional collaboration across the internal team. This initiative significantly improved our agility and responsiveness to client needs, ultimately enhancing the overall service delivery experience.
Q: Which aspects of the Bank's culture have been most empowering in your professional Journey?
A: My experience has been both empowering and enriching. From the early stages of my journey with RBL Bank, I was encouraged to take ownership of my work, make decisions, and bring new ideas. This sense of empowerment has given me the confidence to grow.
Q: How has the Bank supported your growth both professionally and as an individual?
A: RBL Bank has played a pivotal role in shaping my journey, both professionally and personally. Professionally, the Bank has offered me diverse opportunities to take on challenging roles, lead projects, and work alongside inspiring leaders and colleagues.
Personally, the inclusive and supportive environment at RBL Bank has encouraged work-life balance and personal well-being. The learning culture and continuous encouragement not only helped me grow as a professional but also as an individual with greater confidence and resilience.
Q: Looking back to your journey, what would you tell other women about building a career at RBL Bank?
A: RBL Bank fosters an environment of equal opportunity, where performance, passion and potential are valued over everything else. I have had the privilege of working alongside mentors, inclusive leaders, and supportive colleagues who genuinely advocate for growth regardless of gender.
