Q: From your first day to today – what’s the one value at RBL Bank that has remained constant and continues to inspire you?
A: 11.5 years since my first day at RBL Bank - a journey that reflects not just tenure, but transformation. I've grown alongside the Bank, evolving both professionally and personally. Through all the phases of change and growth, one core value has remained unwavering: RBL Bank's commitment to providing a stable and empowering platform for its employees.
Q: What’s your proudest achievement at the Bank, and how did the organization enable it?
A: I take immense pride in being a part of a function that strives to transform complaints into compliments. My journey through the complaint management system ranging from internal grievance channels to regulatory complaint handling has been both exciting and enriching, offering valuable learning experiences every single day.
As part of the ‘Services’ team, I've had the opportunity to deliver resolutions while navigating challenges that have shaped my professional growth. It's been a roller-coaster ride, but one filled with pride and purpose at every step of my career at RBL Bank.
Q: Which aspects of the Bank’s culture have been most empowering in your professional journey?
A: Apno Ka Bank! This slogan reflects and drives a collaborative culture for both employees and customers. It empowers all of us here to live the moto of the Bank which we proudly flaunt wherever we mention ‘RBL Bank’.
Q: Looking back at your journey, what would you tell other women about building a career at RBL Bank?

Q: How has the Bank supported your growth both professionally and as an individual?
A: When I joined the Bank in the early stage of my career, I remember the uncertainty I felt, wondering how I would find my place here. Thanks to the support of my colleagues and the inspiring leadership around me, the Bank has provided me with not just opportunities to grow professionally-through continuous learning, challenging assignments, and mentorship-but also the space to evolve personally. I'm proud to continue my tenure at RBL Bank, where I've not only built a career but also grown as a person.
