Q: Which aspects of the Bank’s culture have been most empowering in your professional journey?
A: The most empowering aspect of RBL Bank’s culture has been its Inclusive and collaborative environment. From day one, I felt encouraged to voice my ideas, challenge norms, and contribute meaningfully, regardless of my designation. The Bank fosters a culture where diversity of thought is valued, and where mentorship and peer support are integral to growth. The emphasis on continuous learning—through training programs, leadership forums, and cross-functional exposure—has been instrumental in shaping my journey.
Q: From your first day to today - what's the one value at RBL Bank that has remained constant and continues to inspire you?
A: From the moment I stepped into RBL Bank, one value that has consistently stood out and continues to inspire me is Integrity. It’s not just a word etched into our mission statement—it’s a principle that guides every decision, interaction, and initiative across the organization. This value has shaped my own professional ethos, encouraging me to lead with honesty and accountability. Q: What's your proudest achievement at the Bank, and how did the organization enable it?
A: During my 11-year tenure in branch banking at RBL Bank, I was honored with multiple awards for consistently generating exceptional business at the branch level. This was a powerful motivator which strengthened my commitment to achieve excellence in operations and customer service.
My long-standing experience in banking has helped me to resolve very complex customer queries and thereby leading to customer’s appreciation which would always give me a great sense of pride.
Q: Looking back at your journey, what would you tell other women about building a career at RBL Bank?
