A: From my very first day at RBL Bank, customer centricity has been the cornerstone of my approach. Whether navigating complex service challenges or resolving critical transactional issues, the focus has always been on delivering meaningful value to our clients. That unwavering commitment continues to inspire and guide me every single day.
Q: What is your proudest achievement at the Bank? How did the organization enable it?
A: One of my proudest professional milestones was resolving a major transaction that had been stalled and was crucial for a key client. It demanded swift coordination, decisive action, and a calm mindset under pressure. What made this achievement truly special was the Bank’s support—cross-functional collaboration, timely resources, and leadership trust: the successful resolution and the client’s appreciation reaffirmed the impact of empowered teamwork.
